Juan Banuelos is a Bay Area native and has been in the sales field his entire career as a sales and technical representative for a Fortune 500 company. He has a BS Degree in Computer Science. A REALTOR since 2004 he is the recipient of many industry awards during his long time association with another local brokerage. He has also achieved the QSC (Quality Service Certified) designation. Holding the QSC requires a sales agent to follow a well-defined and prescribed process of service; to present that process in writing to every client and to guarantee its delivery. He joins a growing number of professionals nationwide who are comitting to the delivery of a defined service process and a high standard of accountability in service delivery and customer satisfaction. An integral part of the sales agent's ability to mantain QSC status, rests with service evaluation feedback from every buyer and seller served. Following the closing of each home purchase or home sale, an independent research company send the consumer a survey asking tough question about the details and overall satisfaction of service provided by the sales agent and broker. "My interest in Real Estate began as my Wife is a Loan Officer, so it seemed a natural progression" said Juan. "I am committed to always telling it like it is whether my clients want to hear it or not. Every situaation can be worked through to ensure a successful outcome. I will always put their interests ahead of mine and steer them in the right direction, whether it benefits me or not". In addition to his role as a REALTOR, Juan is also a Featured Speaker at Freedom Unlimited, a Real Estate learning and mentor center whose focus is to "empower consumers through education". Presently, he conducts FREE Spanish and English Speaking workshops on the topics of Loan Modification, Avoid Foreclosures and First Time Homebuyer.
